There's been a number of longstanding bugs that come with Khas's Lighting system, including the game crashing upon startup for some machines. I've finally pulled the trigger on just getting rid of the plugin altogether and replacing it with Community Lighting, which is nearly as flexible, but is much more stable.  I also went ahead and fixed a couple more bugs for good measure while I was doing this update.

 - Replaced Khas Lighting with Community Lighting
   - Fixed a bug that would cause game to crash on startup on some machines
   - Fixed a bug that would cause game to crash randomly on maps with lights
 - Added a new Tutorial Popup in the Zombie Charlie fight
 - Slight change to level design to make finding Nash's Key easier
 - Main Menu is now enabled while in jail, but Equipment Menu is disabled
 - Fixed a bug where some players were unable to complete the game after recruiting Don
 - Fixed a visual bug where targeting rectangle for column attacks would extend off screen
